Our work includes guestrooms, public areas, casegoods, kitchenettes, vanities, signage, wall-mounted items, office furniture systems, and complete installation scopes.

More Than a Decade in Hospitality FF&E
Pedro Velasquez has spent more than a decade working in hotel FF&E installation, progressing through hands-on installation, crew supervision, project coordination, and full-property project oversight.
That experience includes coordinating crews, managing installation sequencing, addressing field conditions, maintaining production, completing punch work, and working alongside project managers, general contractors, hotel ownership groups, and other hospitality partners.
Velasquez Installs was built around that field experience: keeping the person responsible for the project directly involved in the work, communication, and final result.
